Rotherham & Barnsley Lib Dems are reaching out to the newly curious and the committed activist alike with a social event in "The Millers Inn", Barugh Green, Barnsley, South Yorkshire S75 1LX, Tuesday 21st of September 2010.
The informal event allow Lib Dems LibDems who perhaps have only "met" each other through email to have a drink and an informal chat in comfortable, relaxed surroundings: this is NOT a normal political meeting! The start time is anything from 6.30 to 8 pm, there's no agenda and there'll be no raffle ticket sales (this time...).
Both members and non-members, committed activists and their long-suffering partners are very welcome. This is the meeting to come along and talk about the WHY you're interested in politics rather than the HOW the Party puts it into action.
